Shipping/Delivery Policy

 

Delivery cost is for UK mainland only. Some of our items are sent to you directly from our manufacturers, not by our own courier. 

You can expect delivery within 14 working days unless stated. For larger items, the manufacturer’s delivery team may contact you to arrange a convenient date for delivery.

When your item arrives please check it carefully and if you are not satisfied with the condition on arrival, please contact us immediately via our contact form on our website. 

Returns Policy

If you decide that you wish to return your order then you have 14 days in which to do so. Please contact us to let us know. You will be responsible for return shipping costs.

Please ensure that you check all items on receipt, as faulty or damaged items must be reported within 8 working days of receiving the parcel. If the item is damaged, you will need to send us a picture of the damaged or faulty item in the first instance.  We will then inspect the item and if our inspection confirms the damage / fault, we will issue a refund or a replacement (if in-stock).

 

We cannot be held responsible for items that are damaged for something that was the result of normal wear and tear. Please make sure to read all care instructions on the product page, label and any disclaimer on product variation due to their organic nature. If an item is not cared for as per our guidelines and recommendations, and the product has been damaged because of this, we cannot be responsible and we will not be able to issue a replacement or a refund. 

 

Please repack your item with care using all the original packaging or a suitable alternative as the goods are your responsibility until they reach us safely undamaged. If damaged during transit we will be unable to issue the refund.

We will refund any money owed to you using the same method originally used by you to pay for your purchase and will send email confirmation once done.

Privacy and Safety​

When orders are placed with us, we need to ask for personal information such as your name, e-mail address, phone number and postal address.  A contact telephone number or email address allows us to contact you should there be a problem with your order or to arrange delivery. All this information is required to process your request or notify you of acceptance of your order.​ We may from time to time email you regarding new lines or offers. 

We utilise powerful encryption technology to ensure that your information is secure whenever you place an order with us and will never sell your data or pass your details onto a third party.

Sustainability

 

Due to the nature of our business we are not perfect but we do care for the planet and do everything we can to help our environment. We do this by:

-Sourcing small batch handmade local products where possible.

-Favouring independent small businesses over large overseas suppliers.

-Only using paper packaging (recycled boxes, paper packing tape, paper bags and labels etc). If your order arrives with bubble wrap this is re-used from our suppliers.

-We stock products containing natural products over synthetic ingredients (i.e soy/coconut wax and not paraffin).

-Many of my lines are made from recycled materials.

-Customer receipts are sent via email or SMS and not printed.
